Today we showcase Destin Sparks. Destin is a Queensland based landscape photographer. Though a relatively young photographer, Destin is recognised for his artistic talents through multiple international awards and honours. He is certainly no stranger to the spotlight with articles and images featuring in world renowned publications such as National Geographic.
Fate brought Destin and photography together when a graphic design position unexpectedly landed him in a camera store. His dormant passion for the art soon erupted into a full blown photographic career; snowballing from an 'average Joe' to a fury of achievements and success.
Destin does not use Photoshop or manipulation; his works are purely the result of extreme patience and persistence. Being at 'the right place and the right time' does not accurately describe the amount of time researching and revisiting prospective locations. However, he will agree timing is everything!
